First Presbyterian Church is a congregation of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ that is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in Amercia. As a church, we are committed to the principles of Reformed Theology as expressed in the Westminster Confession and Shorter and Larger Catechisms.

Located in Summerville, GA, in the heart of beautiful Northwest Georgia, First Presbyterian Church ministers to families from Chattooga, Floyd, Gordon and Walker counties. The Truth Project is a DVD-based small group curriculum comprised of 12 one-hour lessons taught by Dr. Del Tackett, President of the Focus on the Family Institute and a Senior Vice President of Focus on the Family. This study is the starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses in great detail the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.
